WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders made are processed within 1-2 days not including weekends. Your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days for UK shipping. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

OUR SHIPPING TIME MAY BE AFFECTED BY COVID-19. Due to this, we may be experiencing some delays with our carriers, however we ensure you will always be updated if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Here at ZEEKAY, we strive to deliver effective and protective packaging to ensure the quality of our products remain in their immaculate condition. All our products are thoroughly quality controlled before being shipped out. Therefore, we currently do not accept any returns or refunds.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Unfortunately, once handing your shipment over to our carriers, ZEEKAY have no control over the misplacement of your order and therefore is not responsible for lost packages. Please do try contact the Royal Mail with your order information for any further support. Packages which are undeliverable by Royal Mail or their shipping partners will be refunded once returned to us at our shipping office.
